Last week the OpenDialog team exhibited at InsurTech Insights’ annual European Conference, which boasted an impressive 6,000+ attendees, and over 400 speakers, making it Europe’s largest insurtech conference.
The event is known for its vast networking opportunities with global insurance companies, as well as inspiring talks from some of the most well-renowned insurtech professionals from all branches of the industry.
Topics covered included data visualization, leadership, underwriting, and of course, lots of buzz around use cases for Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the insurance industry. This included countless talks on how AI Automation and Generative AI is shaping the new frontier of insurance.
During the two-day conference, the OpenDialog team was pleased to see so many delegates visiting the stand, and the opportunity to meet with old and new connections. AI and its possibilities were the center of a lot of conversations, sparking a variety of questions on the use cases of conversational AI and Generative AI for automation. The interest in the benefits of this technology thrilled the OpenDialog team, who were ready to answer any questions delegates had about the OpenDialog platform, all while showcasing its impressive capabilities.
For example, the recent work OpenDialog has done with Davies Group to automate up to 82% of all interactions with customers, ultimately saving the cost of two full-time employees. With a richer dialogue with their customers, the company has also been able to upsell other services, resulting in a 25% increase in sales.
