Maaike Coppens
Maaike Coppens is the VP of Product at OpenDialog AI. An award-winning senior AI product leader, recognized as an Alexa Champion by Amazon, and one of the Top Women Leaders in Conversational AI, Maaike also actively contributes to the field through public speaking and authoring influential publications. She co-authored the “Voice UX Workbook” and wrote “Design Conversationnel,” the first French book on conversation design, published by Eyrolles in October 2022.
Dr. Ronald Ashri
Dr. Ronald Ashri is the Co-Founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer at OpenDialog AI. A technologist and entrepreneur, he has authored “The AI-Powered Workplace: How Artificial Intelligence, Data, and Messaging Platforms Are Defining the Future of Work” (Apress, 2020). Dr. Ashri’s expertise encompasses artificial intelligence, agent-based software development, conversational AI, natural language processing, and machine learning.
He is also an Associate at the Creative Destruction Lab at HEC Paris, contributing to the Artificial Intelligence and Next Gen Computing streams. He holds a PhD in Artificial Intelligence.
