Job Description
As Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating, optimising, and publishing content across various channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support our overall growth objectives.
Key Activities
- SEO Copywriting: Research and develop compelling and informative content, including product information, landing pages, blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and more, that resonates with our target audience and is optimised to improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic to our website.
- Content editing: Repurpose and continuously improve existing online and offline content to publish across different formats and bring messaging up to date.
- Communications Planning: Develop and execute marketing communication plans, including scheduling and posting content across various marketing channels and social media platforms to ensure consistent and effective messaging and increase our social presence and engagement.
- Email Newsletter: Create, manage, and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads, engage customers, and share valuable insights and updates about our business and target sectors.
- Backlink outreach: Identify quality backlink opportunities and engage site owners to request backlinks that will improve organic search rankings and drive organic traffic to our website.
- Events: Coordinate and participate in marketing events, webinars, conferences, and trade shows to showcase OpenDialog’s solutions and generate leads.
- Other As Required: Be adaptable and ready to take on additional marketing tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the marketing team and company goals.
Skill Requirements
- Copywriting/Editing: Strong writing and editing skills with minimum 2 years experience of creating engaging and persuasive content for professional audiences.
- Exceptional English Literacy: A high level of proficiency in the English language, including exceptional written and verbal communication skills and high attention to detail on spelling and grammar.
- Research: Ability to conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend monitoring.
- Communication Planning: Experience in planning and executing marketing communications strategies.
- SEO: Proficiency in Search Engine Optimisation practices, including SEO copywriting, on-page optimization, and internal and external backlinking.
- Email Marketing: Familiarity with email marketing platforms and best practices for email campaign management.
- Events: Experience in organising and participating in marketing events and webinars.
- Adaptability: Willingness to take on various marketing tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
